Rural Health Services FAQ

Simply call or stop by one of our offices to schedule an appointment to establish care.

You can call one of our offices to schedule an appointment or you can stop by one of our offices, if you prefer.

You may be eligible for a discount based on household size and household income. Ask for more information regarding our “Sliding Fee Scale Discount.”

We accept all insurances. If you have a question regarding coverage, please see a member of your Patient Care Team.

When you have questions regarding your health, call a member of your Patient Care Team. They will even work with your provider if necessary to get your questions resolved.

Rural Health Services is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center receives HHS funding and has federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
