Rural Health Services, Inc. Launches Two Free Hypertension Programs for Patients
To address hypertension in our patient population, Rural Health Services, Inc. is offering two free programs for our patients. One program is sponsored by the YMCA. It is virtual and requires a cell phone, computer, or tablet. Patients may enroll without a provider referral if they meet program requirements. Our second program offers patients a cellular blood pressure device that can be used from home and integrated with a dashboard for easy monitoring by clinic personnel. Patients may be referred by their providers.
