School-Based Healthcare Services

WHERE YOUR HEALTH COMES FIRST

Convenient Care for Students Right at School

The mission of RHS School-Based Healthcare Services is to provide high-quality medical and dental services that include patient-centered access, treatment, and education to school-aged children in our community through our highly skilled medical professionals.

We provide care to children in 29 different Aiken County Schools. Services will be provided in the school building or through the Clyburn Community Health Express once the mandatory parental consent form is on file.

A parent can fill out an enrollment form at the school office or by printing it out using the button below. Once the form is turned in, an appointment can be made for your child.
